Board of Directors


  Kevin Martin

President
KEVIN MARTIN is a professional Information Technology Developer at First National Bank of Omaha. He has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry building mainframe programs responsible for meeting fluid government requirements. He knows youth soccer well, as coach, referee, and Dad. He excelled as a youth athlete himself, particularly in basketball, earning Nebraska Valentino’s All-Star Team honors among many others. His Uncle Johnny Johnette was the first coach hired at Omaha Burke, celebrated in the Hall of Fame for his accomplishments in basketball, baseball, and youth outreach, as well as his role in the establishment of the Nebraska Coaches Association. The Johnette family actively honors Johnny’s legacy by intentionally giving back to youth sports in eastern Nebraska.
  Tracy Christianson

Vice President
TRACY CHRISTIANSON is a research biologist. After working with the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center on cancer research funded by the Department of Defense, Tracy spent 7 years as Director of Research at the Southeast Cancer Center in Lincoln, Nebraska where she grant-funded millions of dollars of research resulting in successful cancer treatments used today. In 2013 she relocated to Boise, Idaho as Director of Clinical Operations at Advanced Clinical Research focusing on vaccine, pharmaceutical, and therapeutic treatment. Her most recent research collaboration brought Be Well Clinical Studies to Lincoln. Tracy has extensive knowledge of the non-profit business sector. Both Tracy and her husband, Mike, were collegiate athletes. As a family they have philanthropic interest in elevating the youth sports experience in eastern Nebraska. Mike Christianson had a very successful career as a professional football coach highlighted by winning Super Bowl XXXVVII with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Mike retired from coaching as the San Francisco 49ers Assistant Running Backs Coach and Director of Football Technology. He currently hosts an ESPN talk show.
  Dakota Judds

Treasurer
DAKOTA JUDDS is a Physician Assistant at Lincoln Family Medical Group. He holds a National D Coaching License from the US Soccer Federation. Dakota is also a certified referee and has 3 years of youth soccer coaching experience through high school and club. Dakota sits on the Board of Judds Brothers Construction Company, which currently sponsors a Legion Baseball team and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Athletics Department. 
  Sara Martin

Secretary
SARA MARTIN is a non-profit executive, currently serving as a Board Member of Nebraska Association of Public School Foundations President and the National Association of Education Foundations. Sara holds a bachelor’s degree in education. She is an ethical, big-picture leader adept in charity fundraising and creating the structure non-profit corporations need to sustain long-term. Sara has done extensive work in developing public-private partnerships, grant writing, and grant administration. She’s worked with government entities like the Department of Health and Human Services in the best interest of children across our State. Sara’s Aunt Betty Alig-Sweet won the first-ever Women’s College World Series with Kennedy College in 1969, and repeated that feat two years following. This softball team was integral in laying groundwork for Title IX and the ability for women to earn collegiate scholarships. Sara is committed to combining her love for competition and professional non-profit experience to elevate youth sports experiences in Nebraska.
