402 DA Standard Coach Contract
Coaching is more than instruction — it is a commitment to young people. Our coaches are expected to honor their commitments fully, showing up consistently for their teams and following through for the entire season. Stability and reliability matter, and our athletes deserve coaches who are present, prepared, and invested.
We are a player-first organization. Every decision is made with the best interests of our athletes in mind. Development, safety, and long-term growth always come before short-term outcomes.
Our coaches lead by example, demonstrating discipline, preparation, and respect both on and off the field. Strong communication is essential; coaches are expected to engage clearly and consistently with players and families to build trust and alignment.
Central to our philosophy is cura personalis — care for the whole person. Great coaching requires more than teaching the game; it requires understanding each athlete as an individual. Our coaches strive to support the personal development of every player, recognizing that the impact of a coach extends far beyond the field.
