Team 402 is intentionally designed to ensure that all athletes have access to meaningful opportunities, regardless of financial circumstances. Our program emphasizes hard work, integrity, and excellence within a positive and engaging environment, allowing each athlete to grow both on and off the field through the team experience.

If your family is interested in participating with 402 Development Academy but has concerns about player fees, we encourage you to apply for financial assistance. Our goal is that cost is not a barrier to participation.

The experience offered at 402 Development Academy is intentionally high-level, built on access to experienced leadership, licensed coaching, professional performance training, and top-tier facilities. These resources are essential to delivering meaningful opportunities for our athletes, and they require significant investment to maintain and operate.

While we are committed to ensuring access for all players, it is important to recognize that this level of programming is not free to provide; we cannot give away what we do not have. As a public charity, our ability to expand access depends on the strength and support of our community.

We invite those connected to our program to consider how they can contribute. Can you share your time, energy, or expertise? Are you in a position to make a financial contribution that helps provide access to athletes who would otherwise be unable to participate?
